Common questions about pricing
Yes. During our early‑adopter phase, independent instructors don’t pay a monthly subscription. Instead, there’s a small platform fee on each student booking, plus a credit card fee when students pay by card.
5% is our standard platform fee per booking. 3.5% is our reduced early‑adopter platform fee for instructors who join and actively use Danceable during our initial rollout. Early adopters lock in this lower rate for a defined period; we’ll clarify the details during your demo.
Every booking includes the platform fee. When a student pays by credit card, a 3.5% credit card processing fee is added on top of the platform fee for that transaction. If a student pays outside of cards (for example, you record cash), only the platform fee applies.
We’ll give early adopters clear notice and options before we make any changes. Our goal is to reward the people who help shape Danceable in its early stages, not surprise them.
Studios and events vary a lot in size and complexity. Custom pricing lets us keep things fair—smaller operations aren’t paying the same as massive festivals, and you’re only paying for what you actually need. We’ll walk you through platform and processing fees specific to your setup during your demo.
