A class package gives your students a simple way to purchase several lessons in advance. In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to create a class package on Danceable, set the number of sessions, choose when its validity begins, and enter your price.
We’ll use an example of four private lessons for $660, valid for 60 days from the first use. These settings illustrate the process; choose the price, session count, and validity period that suit your teaching practice.

1. Open Class Passes
From your Danceable dashboard, open the menu on the left and select Class Passes. Start creating a new class pass.
2. Add the package details
Enter a clear name, such as “Four Private Lessons,” and add a description that tells students what the package includes. Set the status to Active.
For this example, choose Private as the pass type and enter 4 for the number of sessions.
3. Start validity from the first use
Choose to begin the package’s validity at first use. I recommend this approach because a student may buy a package today but wait a few weeks before taking their first lesson. Their time begins when they actually start using the package.
4. Choose payment options and the validity period
In the tutorial, I uncheck cash on premises because I don’t want to accept that payment method for this package.
Next, set the validity period to 60 days. This example allows time for four sessions when the student takes at least one private lesson every two weeks. Choose a period that reflects the lesson frequency you expect.
5. Set the price and create the pass
Under Pricing, enter the total package price. In this example, the four lessons cost $660.
Review the details, then click Create Class Pass. A confirmation message tells you that the class pass was created successfully.
You now have a package that gives students four private sessions to use within 60 days of their first use. Class packages let you offer a discount for purchasing several lessons in advance while making the number of sessions, price, and validity clear.
